Stone Terrace House

This house is part of a series of row houses we worked on, where the challenge was not only to “make a façade,” but to give each unit its own character without making the whole row feel chaotic.

For this one, we worked with a familiar tropical language: tiled roof, stone wall, timber openings, white railings, and a front garden. The idea was not to make the house look loud, but to give it a calm and grounded character from the street.

The stone gives weight to the façade, while the timber-framed glass, terrace, and skylight help the inside feel brighter and more open. Even with a compact frontage, we wanted the house to have enough air, daylight, and small green moments for daily living.

It is not a house trying to stand alone loudly. It belongs to a row, but keeps its own face.
