KSPPS BMT Karisma

For us, this project was not about making the office look like a bank tower. BMT Karisma has a different character: closer to the community, more familiar, but still needs to feel trusted and professional.

The building was designed with that balance in mind. The white mass keeps it clean and formal, while the blue and orange accents keep the identity visible from the street. The golden patterned panel becomes the more symbolic part of the façade to bring an Islamic character without making the building feel too decorative.

We also wanted the entrance to feel less rigid. That is why the large curved frame was placed in front, softening the tall office volume and making the building feel more welcoming. The louvers, glass corner, and layered façade help break down the scale, so the headquarters still feels approachable for the people who come in every day.

A central office that carries institutional trust, but still feels close to the community it serves.
