KSPPS BMT Karisma Grabag

This was our first project for KSPPS BMT Karisma, built in 2011, long before the later offices began to develop a more consistent visual family.

The design was still searching for a language: part office, part public institution, part local landmark. The blue and orange were used boldly so the building could be recognided from the street, while the circular windows, patterned panel, louvers, and sloping roof tried to give it more than just a corporate face.

Looking back, this branch became the starting point. But, the direction was already there: a BMT office that feels visible, approachable, and tied to its Islamic cooperative identity without becoming too stiff.
